Pay once at checkout.
No recurring charges.
Ideal for trying a new roast or sending a gift.
Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery.
Enjoy discounted pricing and priority roasting.
Manage your subscription anytime via your customer portal.
You will be billed automatically based on your chosen frequency.
Certain specialty or limited-batch coffees may require pre-order.
Payment is collected upfront to secure your reserved batch.
Pre-order delivery dates will be stated clearly at checkout and via email.
One-time purchases: Can be canceled within 12 hours of placing your order — as long as your order has not been fulfilled or shipped.
Pre-orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Subscriptions:
You may pause, cancel, or reschedule future deliveries anytime before your next billing cycle begins.
If your subscription has already been billed and processed for shipping, cancellation will apply to the next cycle.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Change delivery frequency
Update payment method or address
Cancel anytime before next billing cycle

After an order has been fulfilled or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
For subscription orders with failed payments:
We will notify you by email.
You will have 48 hours to update your payment method.
If no response is received, the subscription may be paused automatically until resolved.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction
Stock unavailability
Shipping restrictions or customs issues
Incorrect pricing due to human or technical error
In these cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
