Jablum is one of the best-known names in Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee: smooth and mild, with hints of chocolate and florals and a clean finish. It comes in a few grades, so here's how to choose:

• Jablum Gold Standard: 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee from a higher grade of bean, which is why it costs more.
• Jablum 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee and Jamaican Classic: 100% Blue Mountain coffee, whole bean or ground, from 4oz bags to 5-packs, plus K-Cup pods.
• Jablum Premium Blend: 30% Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee and 70% Jamaica High Mountain coffee, for a gentler everyday price.
• Jablum Instant: handy for travel and the office, but not 100% Blue Mountain coffee.
