 Shipping & Delivery

How long will my coffee take? Every product page shows its own delivery time, right under the price. There are two kinds:

• 3 to 5 days. These bags are stocked in our Florida warehouse and ship within the US.
• 7 to 15 business days. These ship directly from Jamaica, so the coffee comes to you from where it was grown and roasted.

Many of our orders ship directly from Jamaica. When a coffee is in stock in Florida, we send it from there so it reaches you sooner.

When does my order leave? We process orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Around holidays it can take up to 3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you don't see tracking within 48 hours, email us.

What does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and where it's going. The free sample is free coffee; you just pay $6.95 shipping, and it ships from Jamaica.

Where do you ship? We ship worldwide, including the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. Outside the US, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility, and some countries restrict food imports.

Delays. Weather (hurricane season especially), customs holds and carrier delays can slow a package down, mostly on orders from Jamaica. We'll keep you posted and make sure your coffee reaches you.

Package returned to us? If a package comes back because of an incorrect address or missed delivery, we'll contact you to reship it (reshipping may cost extra) or give you store credit.
